Proper maintenance of your Airwheel battery ensures optimal performance and longevity. Here’s a guide to help you care for it effectively.

Keep your Airwheel away from water and extreme temperatures. The battery is designed for normal use but exposure to moisture or physical shocks may void the warranty. Always store it in a dry, cool place.
Charge the battery regularly to prevent deep discharge. Use only the charger provided with your Airwheel. Overcharging or using incompatible chargers may damage the battery. Aim to keep the charge between 20% and 80% for daily use.
Periodically check the battery and cables for signs of wear, swelling, or cracks. If you notice any abnormalities, stop using it immediately and contact customer support. Avoid disassembling the battery or attempting repairs yourself.
The battery is covered under the 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by water, drops, or unauthorized repairs is not eligible for warranty service. Always follow the usage guidelines in the manual to maintain coverage.
